There are no other roommates, kids, pets or unknown people walking around sharing bathrooms. If you smoke WEED or CANNABIS please do not book my listing! Prescribed or not! No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. If you agree with the above then welcome! This is an ample room with a bathroom inside a house that I live in. I don’t go into the room or restroom during your stay. You will have a parking spot. This is great clean spacious room to relax, sleep, or stay in when visiting or working around the area but I wouldn’t say it’s an experience (the type of listings you see by the beach or like a vacation home type) it’s a great room in a centrally located area that gets good reviews so please read and look at the pictures before you book or ask any questions before booking. There are no pets or kids so it’s quiet and located close to pretty much everything (you pretty much name it and it’s around here) but I do recommend a car because there’s so much to see however there are bus stops and the Amtrak will take you to DTLA. I also added a guest book that’s growing as I go. Parking is a few feet away and there’s no need to travel up any dark or multi level stairs. No need to look or hunt for parking. There is a school near by so you might get some traffic from the kids or parent but that depends on the time and day. It’s nothing out of the ordinary. I live inside the house, I might be moving things around or organizing. If I see you I’ll say hi, if you want to chat feel free. There is a clean up fee so don’t worry about removing the sheets or any towels before the check out. 2 people maximum as guests not as visitors, a child might be allowed depending on the age. Please note that no unauthorized visitors are allowed, regardless of whether they are staying the night or not, if you smoke (cigarettes cannabis or weed) please don’t book this place! If you violate any of this you will all be asked to leave and there will be no refund because you violated the rules so please read. Near the freeway 5 and 14 freeway Ample room that’s about 12x12. Quiet clean and cozy. No carpet, has hardwood floors, has a mini fridge and snacks. 32 inch tv with streaming channels. The home is located on a cul de sac so there’s privacy and it’s quiet . Absolutely NO drugs or any illegal activity of any kind permitted!! This room has a private bathroom (not shared) and access to the kitchen and living room is permitted as long as you clean up after yourself. There is a queen size bed in the room, a bathroom and an optional 1 parking space in the driveway that is provided. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT reading and understanding the house rules. If you need fridge space or have any questions please ask before booking or message me before your book date. I know I repeat a lot of things but some guests do not read. Thanks and hope to meet you soon. Guest access There is a ring camera at the door. You'll have access to one room with a private restroom , access to the kitchen and the living room as long as you clean up after yourself. There is a 32 inch smart tv in the room with streaming and channels, and a few others As far as the parking goes, you have the option of taking one parking spot in front of the garage ( see picture) Sometimes the space can seem a little bit tight to some guests, especially if they're not able to back into a driveway or parallel park their vehicle. I am able to fit a 1970 Oldsmobile cutlass Sportback into the parking space but if for any reason, you are uncomfortable parking your vehicle in the spot you have the option to park outside in front of the house. There are a few cars in the property so if you don’t like cars don’t book. No smoking of any kind in the room or inside the house please. During your stay We can keep in touch through phone call, text messaging or in person if I’m around. I have friends stop by from time to time but they will not bother or anything. They’ll say hello at the most. Other things to note Please have a picture of yourself in your profile. Please disclose any additional guests in the booking. No visitors allowed wether staying or not. If you smoke weed or cannabis please do not book!! Smoking is not permitted. I might be flexible on check in times depending timing and booking schedules.
