Our brand new RV is located in the heart of wine country. You can see the vineyards from the many panoramic windows throughout the trailer. You have your own private fenced in backyard and will be able to have our furry residents visit you throughout the day. Enjoy your morning coffee while seeing hot air balloons fly by or have a glass of wine by the gas fire pit while enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Our property is right next to the lake skinner as well as many wineries. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) While we are in the heart of wine country, it is still a rural area and our residence directly abutts the 10,000 square foot Lake Skinner state park. There are coyotes which do not come close to the properties because our dogs and the neighbors dogs which will bark anytime coyotes can be seen or heard. This essentially means that there can be times at night when our dogs and the neighbors dogs may be heard barking. We want to fully disclose this in case you are a light sleeper. Thank you :)
