We welcome you to the VOLCANS cottage (50 m²), which is comfortable and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. He selects, refines, and showcases local cheeses with discernment and expertise. Always happy to share his expertise, he will introduce you to the art of cheese aging through his selections.
