The space This is an intimate & fully functional studio unit at The Beacon residences elegantly designed to suit both leisure & business travelers. It is strategically located at the heart of Makati, with easy access to major roads & skyway 25-minutes to the airport. This place offers: Worry-free check-in @ 3pm and 11am check out. Early check-in & out is subject to approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply: First 1- 2 hours - Php600.00 More than 2 hours up to 8 hours- half of the hourly rate. Beyond 8 hours - full nightly rate. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided to welcome you to our place. Fresh sheets on a double bed frame with memory foam and comfortable pillows. Prepare your meals with our exemplary range of kitchen appliances, wares, and utensils (Light cooking only). Essential bathroom amenities, fresh towels, hot & cold shower. Available self & full Laundromat is 800 yards away. Access to sky garden, social halls & Skylounge. Dive into a 50m lap Pool, rejuvenate in the sauna, and enjoy working out in the bi-level gym (Fee’s apply). For monthly stays: Monthly discounts are already applied upon booking. We require mid-stay cleaning (home cleaning + linen replacement) or at least once a month to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff Php1,000.00 to cover cleaning & laundry. Monthly Electricity bill must not exceed Php 3000.00. Any excess shall be at the guest's expense. Guest access You will have access to the entire suite, pool, sauna & gym (for a fee). Please be aware that the pool & gym may sometimes be unavailable without prior notice due to cleaning, maintenance & unplanned restrictions. Other things to note There is NO available parking in the building. An open parking near Amorsolo Tower near McDonald's is on a first come, first-served basis. Rates are below & may change with.
