Located with direct access to Lake Cowan this cottage is also located within walking distance to the main south beach, hiking trails, great fishing holes and numerous picnic pavilions. As for taking in the local activities the Cowan Sailing club, Cowan State Park and World Equestrian Center are all located less than 5 minutes drive. The space This one of a kind property can sleep 4-6 adults comfortably and features 1 private bedroom with walk in closet a murphy bed and loft bed. Also an oversize bathroom with 60" tile shower, vanity and washer / dryer. The kitchen features granite counters, full size stainless steel appliances, tons of cooking space and a bar area with coffee maker. Living areas are wide open with a 25' great room facing lake views. Wifi and streaming services are available as well. Outside features fully wrap around patio and deck areas and wood burning fire pit. Other things to note Cozy Cottage is fully equipped for your stay so you can pack only your essentials. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, table settings, and keurig for coffee. Enough Towels and linens for 8 are provided as well. If need be a full washer and dryer is at your disposal. A gas grill is also for use on site.
