Unique houseboat - amazing location!

Welcome onboard! The houseboat is located in the beautiful area Holmen - close to Christianshavn and only 2 km (1,2 miles) by bike/walking from downtown Cph. It is also right next to NOMA and Refshaleøen - here you will find coffee, sauna and a swim at La Banchina, art galleries, flea markets, streetfood and a traditional Danish marina serving smørrebrød. Welcome aboard: Enjoy the long summer nights drinking wine on the sundeck, swim in the canal or feed the swans. The space The ship Christel Diver was build in 1927. In her working days, she was building bridges and assisting divers, now she is our beloved family home. 100 m2 inside and 100 m2 outside. The location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen and the nearby area. The boat accommodates 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 (1 kingsize double bed, 1 small double bed, 1 single bed, 1 junior bunk bed 160 cm long). Children are welcome to play with the toys and games:) This is our private home - we live here and our things are here. So please treat the place like your own home. We only rarely rent out, so if you find it vacant you are lucky. The houseboat consists of a big kitchen / dining / living room, a bathroom and four bedrooms. The kitchen has all modern facilities such as gas stove, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. Outside there are 100 m2 terrace on the roof with a fantastic view and several smaller terraces and rafts where you can relax and enjoy. The houseboat offers all modern amenities, washing machine, dryer, internet ect. and is equip for children with, toys and a railing fencing the large sundeck. Info 2025: We are building a vintner garden on top of the boat, but the room is not yet ready for guests. Guest access You have access to all rooms and the sundecks and rafts, but please do not to go from the sundeck and up on the roof. We have a friendly ship's cat living on the boat, and we would be very happy if you would cat sit her - but you can contact us and ask of the possibility of a cat free ship if you wish.
