Yard maintenance is every other Saturday, usually in the mornings. Trash Pick Up: Trash pickup is every Wednesday morning. No Parties/Events: No parties are permitted on the premises. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fee of $250. At owner’s discretion, this may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, without refund, and removal from the property.
