The living room features a L-shaped sofa and cozy chairs for comfortable socializing and TV viewing. The dining area includes beautiful solid wood table that extendable to fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped- whether you're reheated leftovers or feeling inspired to create the best ever home cooked meal, we've got you covered! It includes a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates and utensil you'll need. The bedrooms can each sleep 2 people. They feature extremely comfortable new Sealy pillowtop mattress, closet with a chest of hangers in each. The master bedroom feature a king size bed. The 2 other bedrooms features a queen sized beds. The property has two bathrooms. Bathrooms come fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, and shower items. The house is completely private. The house is completely private so you will be able to enjoy the private space. Parking: two spots available in the driveway, free street parking (no street cleaning limitations). LA is known for having the best weather, but the central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house during all seasons. The property is equally suited for business or leisure. We made every effort to ensure your comfort during the stay and hope the property is one of the highlights of your trips! We do not allow loud gatherings or events of any sort. Please avoid loudness after 10pm. We maintain a good relationship with our surrounding neighbors and would like to maintain this. We ask that you please be respectful. In an event that neighbors report loud noises/partying you may be subject to penalties for disturbance of up to $2000. If such events take place, your reservation will immediately be cancelled with immediate check-out. Your full security deposit will be withheld and no refunds will be granted. -Security cameras on premises- located in the back and the front of the house and we monitor the outside of the property at all times. -No additional guests besides those included in part the initial reservation. In the event more than 6 stay on-site or more guests join than are originally reserved for it will be grounds for cancellation of your stay and you may be charged additional fees for having guests there. -No smoking of any sort on the property. This includes cigarettes or weed or anything else. -Absolutely no drugs allowed on property. -No pets allowed.
