Spacious house for relaxing holiday

My house has a spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun, eat and play. It’s a great, bright and relaxing space you can share with your family and friends, immersed in the countryside. With a 15-minute drive you are by the beach. Cesenatico, Cervia, Milano Marittima… you will enjoy the best holidays here! A few minutes by car there’s a cafe, bakery and a supermarket. In 10 minutes you reach the center of Cesena, a beautiful town with lots of life, restaurants and great historical places. The space This 100m2 house offers - 1 master bedroom (double bed) - 1 smaller room (2 single beds/1 double bed) - attic with a single bed - 2 bathrooms (one with shower on the first floor and one with bathtub on the ground floor) - fully equipped kitchen - furnished outdoor space The garden is very big and peaceful, as well as the house. It is very spacious and relaxing. PLEASE NOTE: The rooms are separate and both have doors, but they are connected by the attic so not fully sound-proof, they might have little privacy. Guest access You will find one of the back doors closed - that’s where I keep my things :) If you have booked for two people please note that you will have one bedroom available to you. I close the other one because of negative experiences I had in the past with non-authorized guests. In case you wish to sleep in separate bedrooms please let me know! Other things to note If you are booking for 2 people and would like separate beds please explicitly write me!
