Spacious pavilion for short or long stays

Short-term rental or for several weeks (contact me) Independent pavilion 15 minutes from the center of Amiens. Ideal for relaxing in a peaceful, green environment, bordered by rivers. The space On the ground floor: A large living room, an open kitchen, a veranda, a bedroom, and a toilet. (An additional room will be closed, and therefore not usable by the tenants.) Floor: A landing, a toilet, a large bedroom, a medium-sized bedroom and a bathroom. All on a 2000 m² lot bordered by a stream. IMPORTANT: Not being able to travel with my cats, they will have to be on site throughout the stay, and that is also the reason why I had to refuse the animals. (They are very sociable with humans, but much less so with their peers, and even worse with dogs... Cats, you know... ^^) Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house except for one room on the ground floor and the garage, which are not mentioned in the listing for this reason. Other things to note -When it comes to linens I'll leave it to you to bring your duvets, or only the duvet covers. On the other hand, the fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels will be on site. For long stays, however, everything can be on site. - Reminder about cats As mentioned above, you will share your stay with my cats. So for people who would not like pets or who would be allergic, or whatever... abstain! And I'm sorry about that.. Otherwise, for those who don't mind, Charlie and Luna are very sociable, clean, and have never scratched anyone. They are free and independent since there is a cat flap. The only thing I'll ask you is just to make sure he always has kibble in the bowl, and that will be perfect! :)
