Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children or one adult. Not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway The space One bedroom cottage with double bed and sofa bed in living area - suitable for 2 small children or one adult. It is not suitable for 4 adults. Open plan lounge/kitchen with patio doors to a small paved area with outdoor seating. Coal BBQ available. Modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Guest access Guests have full access to cottage via front door or patio doors. No access to main garden but cottage has own private patio area and grass area for guests and dogs. Other things to note Space for one car at the end of the drive. Please do not leave pets ‘home alone’ unless they are crated. It is unsettling for them. Feel free to discuss if necessary.
