This part of the house has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 with a 160 x 200 cm bed Bedroom No. 2 with 3 beds of 90 x 200 (1 bench and bunk bed) If you need more rooms, check out my other listings. ********** CONCIERGE PACKAGE: The "Cleaning fee" corresponds to a house service ready for your arrival: - the house will be cleaned on arrival - the beds will be made. - two towels per adult and one towel per child will be available to you. - You will have a kit for your stay (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid as well as kitchen basics with oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc.) - and the BEST part... the house will be cleaned after your departure... a ZEN and cool departure!! €150/stay for 1 to 2 bedroom rental ********** For a stay of 2 weeks or more, if you would like to have fresh sheets and towels once a week and a surface cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged (with surcharge). ********** SUMMER RENTAL - Check-in/check-out is only on MONDAYS with a minimum of 7 nights ********** RENTAL outside SUMMER: - A minimum of 2 bedrooms (bedrooms No. 1 and No. 2). - Minimum of 5 nights during school holidays - Minimum of 2 nights for all other periods ********** Other things to note For any booking, no matter how long, a concierge/cleaning/laundry fee applies. For the house in 2 bedrooms, the fee is €150. They are not to be paid on the platform but on site, in cash. You will find an envelope on the kitchen table, with the name of the house, your first name and your arrival date. If you can slip the exact amount of your cleaning fee in cash, that would be great. 😊 Please note: there is no ATM on the island, so remember to plan ahead.
