This house was thoughtfully built for families and groups who want to relax and spend time together with the whole family. The space Please note: Maximum Capacity is 16 persons (adults and kids). 2 years old and below free of charge and not included in headcount. Pets are NOT allowed. Beach access is available daily except on the day of check out. Valid ID of guests is required by the admin for access to the beach. The area of the house that is exclusively yours to use includes the parking area, ground floor of home (pool area) and second floor of home (kitchen, living, dining room). The 3rd floor is our family’s private space and not included in the area for guests to use. Thank you. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. We have double sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and balcony areas and huge windows to maximize the view. Amazing sunrises await you, and cool afternoon breezes. There are parking spaces for 2 cars. During the day, enjoy the infinity pool and at night the heated elevated hot tub. The pool is 4.5 feet deep and the hot tub can seat 6 people comfortably. Our caretaker will by request turn on the hot tub at 6pm and turn it off at 9pm each night. Ground Floor Bedroom 1 – Queen Bunk Bed, Sofa, Bathroom Bedroom 2 – Queen Bunk Bed, Bathroom The ground floor hosts the first bedroom suite. This has a queen bunkbed, double sliding glass doors that open up to the swimming pool and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bunk Bed and also a sofa. The Infinity pool and hot tub outside have numerous relaxation areas including 2 reclining lounge beds, 2 outdoor seats, a rattan sofa set with an outdoor shower all surrounding the pool which is landscaped to give you a relaxing and truly enjoyable time. Second Floor Bedroom 3 - Queen Bunk Bed, Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed, Bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen. It has a huge balcony and outdoor Lanai area which boasts epic views of the mountains and the infinity pool/hot tub below. The dining table is custom built 14-seater with accent lighting which will surely provide memorable moments to eat, drink and be merry with your loved ones. The sofa is incredibly comfortable and huge which can seat up to 8 people. We have a 55 Inch HDTV with Cignal HD Cable and NETFLIX and Converge Fiber Internet with Mesh Wi-Fi for excellent coverage thru the house. We have a soundbar which can connect wirelessly to Bluetooth as well. The kitchen has a 4-burner cooking top with exhaust fan, double sink, which is fully stocked will all cooking utensils and eating ware. There is a shared bathroom as well. Drones are not allowed to be flown within the community and no karaoke/ videoke machines, candles or fireworks to be used on the premises. Basic Things TO BRING checklist: 1) Food to cook with condiments 2) Towels 3) Toiletries (soap, shampoo) We have the following available in our Kitchen for your use: 4 burner electric cooktop with exhaust, Refrigerator, Microwave, Rice cooker, Coffee maker, Pots, Pans, Dinner ware, Cooking and eating utensils, BBQ Charcoal Grill with complimentary charcoal, Dish washing soap, complimentary (5) gallon bottled water. Please take care of our home and clean as you go. Please also respect other homeowners and village security. Kindly keep noise levels down after 10pm. The beach is a 3 minute drive and we offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the beach. Water sports available at the beach for separate fee. Brown-outs do occur, and in the unlikely event that happens, we have installed solar panels with back up battery for the whole house which can provide lights/fans for up to 6-8 hours. In addition, Powerbanks, rechargeable fans w/lights, and 2 gas powered stoves are available for your use. The base price is for 10 guests. Each additional guest is 1000php per guest per night, maximum of 16 guests total. Guest access The home is exclusively for your use. Other things to note Our caretaker can provide shuttle service to and from the beach.
