Maison Lavenir – Master house, pool, hammam

Welcome to Maison Lavenir! Enter the spacious living room, it opens to the west on the shared pool and to the south on a private terrace sheltered by a pergola and equipped with a gas barbecue The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children: 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 shower room and 1 bathroom equipped with a child-height sink! Enjoy the pool, foosball, gym with hammam and green area! The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: The gite has 3 bedrooms distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with 160/200 bed and adjoining bathroom (green) 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed and ensuite bathroom (pink) 1 bedroom with bunk beds of 90/190 in a row with the pink bedroom It is designed to accommodate a minimum of 4 adults and children, for extra comfort. KITCHEN: The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (blender, toaster, espresso machine (ground coffee) and filter, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave...) POOL: The pool is shared with our family only. It is accessible from 10 am to 8 pm. It is chlorinated and heated to reach the first 20 degrees from May 1 to September 15 depending on the weather; The sun heats the water in summer up to about 25/28 degrees, it is covered at night for safety and to maintain the heat. HAMMAM: It is private, being located in the cottage. The ignition is done by me between 9am and 10pm. 1 session of 1 hour per day is included, just let me know in advance to get started. KIDS: The vacation rental is equipped with everything that can make life easier for parents (high chair, baby bed, games, bottle warmer, changing table...) PARKING: 1 space is reserved for you, if you have other vehicles, you can park them on the street or in the nearby parking lots (5 min walk) LOCATION: 10 minutes from the Peaugres Safari Park, the main attraction of the region, we welcome you to the city center of Annonay, city of inventors, birthplace of the Montgolfier brothers. You can discover the old town on foot and stroll through the market on Saturday mornings. By bike, take the Via Fluvia and enjoy the calm of the Ardèche Verte We are happy to tell you the places to visit and the events not to be missed. PARTIES AND EVENINGS: Parties and evenings are not allowed, we live above the accommodation CLEANING: Linens, bath towels and welcome kit are provided. Cleaning is included, however, we ask that you empty the garbage, wash and store the dishes and clean the tables and countertops. Guest access The property has a private terrace with a gas barbecue. If you want to spend a pleasant day cycling with your children, we offer our bikes for rent: an electric cargo bike where you can accommodate 2 children and a classic bike to walk the Via Fluvia! Your kids will love this atypical walk! The price is €80 per day to be paid on site. Please note: parties or evening events are not allowed, guests are prohibited. Other things to note The bed configuration accommodates 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults; or 2 adults and 4 children! Our cottage has been designed to accommodate families with children, it is equipped with a changing table, bathtub, children's sink, games and books! Parking is available, if you have other vehicles you can park them outside. Linens and bath towels are included, as well as cleaning. We simply ask that you take out the garbage, leave the dishes and surfaces clean (tables, countertop, etc.) We are a 5-minute walk from the city center, CHAN (hospital) and a 5-minute drive from industrial sites; please contact me for your long or professional stays, we will be able to adapt!
