This home was brought together with families in mind. Kids and adults will love the large decks with pool, hot tub, firepit, warrior course, zipline, large fenced-in backyard, basketball hoop, free arcade, board games, & more. Located near Knolls and Miracle Hills golf courses as well as Tranquility, Roanoke, and Hefflinger Park. Easy access to I-680 makes getting anywhere in Omaha a breeze! Pets are allowed for an additional fee so bring your fur babies. See space description for details. The space The split-level house is located in northwest Omaha, just a couple minutes from the Interstate which makes getting anywhere in Omaha so simple. The upper main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a couch. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This main level has the master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and full bathroom/double sink. The lower level offers another bedroom with full over full bunkbeds, a pull-out couch, and large utility room with on-site laundry/half bathroom. There are steps to get to the main level. All tv's in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. Every bedroom has a television, but we do not provide services or cable. Outside, you will find your oasis with a great couch set on the upper level with a grill. On the lower deck, you will see the chlorine pool and lounge chairs which is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool has been closed for the year and will reopen in May. A few more steps down on the lower-level paver patio you will have a firepit, outdoor dining table, and large hot tub! An open, fenced-in backyard allows room for yard games, ninja warrior course, and zipline for the littles. We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 3). We provide one large sized dog kennel located in the garage for you to use. Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional nightly fee of $20/night/pet with a max of $100/pet. Because Airbnb doesn't allow flexibility in pricing and we know that plans can change, this fee is charged two days prior to your stay and is NOT included in the original booking amount. We just like to be as transparent as possible ahead of time. While we love to provide an awesome place for people to have a great time. This house is also in a great neighborhood and the neighbors live here full-time. We like to respect their privacy as well, so we do have strict quiet hours for the outdoor space. Please see additional notes for details. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The pool is always open from Memorial Day-Labor Day. It is not a heated pool so exact times that we put it up and take it down will vary based on weather. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have exterior quiet hours of 9:30 pm on weeknights and 10:30pm on weekends. Please be respectful of their homes and their right to peacefully enjoy their property. Per AirBNB regulations, no parties with people outside of the reservation are allowed. We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. No more than 4 vehicles on the property at any time. For protection of our guests, property and house rules, we have two exterior motion-detected cameras at the property (a video doorbell and a video camera that overlooks the backyard), along with one sound monitoring device. Tampering or blocking these devices are in violation of house rules.
