Celtic Longhouse Tents Comfortable Camping but not Glamping Large south facing double lined and insulated timber framed tents on a deck, consists of two separate sleeping compartments, a living area with basic kitchen facilities and an outside picnic area with firepit. Shared Compost Toilets, wash up facilities and Solar thermal Showers (with electric backup) are close by. 240v electrics. Electric heaters available fire hire. Parking is alongside. We hope you enjoy our COMFORTABLE CAMPING. The space Unique Celtic Longhouse Tents to our own design consists of 2 bedrooms with stackable beds (200 X 80cm) which can be configured easily to make up single or double beds, total number of beds 6. Comfortable mattresses and linen provided. The living area has a settee with padded seats a basic kitchen area consisting of a fridge /freezer, microwave, kettle, basic cutlery and crockery are provided. Toilets are compost toilets no more than 30 metres from the tents and the solar thermal showers (with electric backup) along with wash up facilities are no more than 50 metres away. Each tent has an outside south facing area with fire pit, grill and picnic table. 240v electric lighting, power points and USB charger installed in tents. Small Electric heater available if required. Parking is alongside and to the front of the tents. We have made every effort to make these tents as comfortable as possible but the kitchen is basic and the communal toilets and showers are shared so this is comfortable camping but not glamping which is reflected in the price. Guest access Each tent has an outside south facing area with fire pit, grill and picnic table. Parking is along side and to the front of the Celtic Longhouse Tents. Guests have access to all facilities on the campsite including covered picnic area with internet and access to the village of Coverack via 'Lovers Walk'. Other things to note Coverack is less than 5 minutes walk from the campsite via 'Lovers Walk'. The small fishing village has a pub, shop, restaurant, cafe and a beautiful harbour which is a real sun trap in the late afternoon early evening.
