Domaine de la Louisière: The Farm

On the edge of Sèvre Nantaise and in the heart of the Vendée countryside, the Louisière is a former agricultural estate where the Château, the Ferme and the Etable have formed an elegant and peaceful ensemble since 1845. Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it allows you to enjoy all the tourist attractions of the region, to discover the richness of its history, and the beauty of its landscapes. The space La Ferme and L'Etable are two independent accommodations sharing a common courtyard but each with a private space opening onto the countryside. Both buildings were completely renovated in 2021 respecting their original appearance: slate, granite, cut stones and bricks and offers all modern comforts in a peaceful and relaxing setting. La Ferme and L'Etable are open for rent separately from each other. LA FERME: With its capacity, including a dormitory that can accommodate 5 children, La Ferme is perfect for stays with family and friends. Access to the Sèvre Nantaise as well as the property's tennis court will enhance your stay. The terrace at the back gives access to a large country area below and offers a pleasant view of the small village of Montravers and its old castle. Ground floor: One bedroom with double bed 160 X 200 and its private shower room. A large living room with a wood-burning stove (wood supply provided) open to the dining room, itself giving access to a large fully equipped open kitchen through which you can directly access the terrace. Separate toilet and equipped laundry room complete the ground floor. 1st floor: Two bedrooms with a 160 x 200 double bed and two bedrooms each with two 90 x 200 single beds. Two separate toilets, two bathrooms. A small floor lounge located on the landing. 2nd floor: a large 60 m2 dormitory with five single beds. Play area for kids. Bedding and appliances are brand new. Electric convector heating. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, you just have to enjoy this beautiful accommodation! Guest access The entire place is reserved for you. Other things to note Private access 800 m from Sèvre Nantaise, where you can fish (with a fishing license) and swim. Tennis: schedules will be agreed upon with the owner. The tennis court is in excellent condition, the paint is new.
