My place is close to the Sea and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the cosynes. My place is ideal for solo adventurers, and business travelers. I love welcoming guests into my home, I like to talk and cook with my guests but happy to give my guests plenty of space when they require alone time. My place is 20 mins away from the city center by Tram, the Newhaven tram stop is 2 min away from my place. The airport is 40 min by bus or tram. The space The flat is Victorian with high ceilings and showcases characterful original features. You will have exclusive use of a double bedroom and you will have drawers and hangers you can use. You have access to a shared bathroom, the lounge/dining area and a small but functional kitchen consisting of an oven, a hob, a fridge and freezer, guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals. My room is a mezzanine level that adjoins to the lounge dining area so the lounge, dining area and kitchen are off limits between 10.00pm - 7.30am. There is a shared garden that my guests are welcome to use. Guest access Guests have access to their room, the lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The lounge and kitchen/dining area are off limits between 10.00pm - 7.30am. During your stay I am happy to spend time with my guests. If you are wanting time alone, I will respect that too.
