The space About this space Quiet and peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery. Studio room with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen necessities. Guest access:The whole unit in the building is yours and isn't shared with anyone. You can access all parts of the FLAT. Facilities: 1. WiFi available. 2. Kitchen is equipped with all basic essentials. 3. Breakfast or other meals are NOT included. Swiggy/Zomato available or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals. 4. Drinking water NOT included. As the whole are receives hard water and most of our guests prefer getting their own water due to personal preference we DO NOT provide drinking water. Please arrange for your own or you can ask our staff to get it for you (water +service charge apply). 5.Car parking is available. 6.The property features a lift for convenient access to the house. Complimentary: 2ltr water bottle ONLY Handwash soap(as needed for long stays) Toilet paper rolls (as needed for long stays) Cleaning Policy: If you find the accommodation not cleaned to your standards, we offer a complimentary cleaning service on the day of your check-in. Please notify us immediately upon arrival so we can address your concerns promptly. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Long Stays: For extended stays, if you are not satisfied with your experience, you may cancel your reservation. We will provide a full refund for any unused nights. Reasonable Requests/Complaints Policy: We kindly ask that you make reasonable requests/complaints. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, certain factors are beyond our control, such as unpaved roads, bad road conditions, hard water stains, presence of electric poles, mosquito issues, fruit flies, no entertainment, surroundings ,too noisy or too quite, inconvenience due to rain and the location itself. However, we kindly ask that you do not continue your stay solely to leave negative reviews. We assure you we will continue to address issues the are within our capacity to promptly to ensure your satisfaction. Cleaning Charges includes: Change of bedsheets Doing laundry Cleaning dishes Cleaning bathrooms Dusting /Sweeping/ Mopping Clearing the trash in the trash bins after every check out. Luggage Storage: Rs250 Service Charges: Our staff is present in the building 24/7 and has been instructed to step outside only to run errands on our behalf. If you prefer, you are welcome to handle personal tasks yourself. However, the following minimal service charges apply only when these services are utilized (this is not coercion): Personal errands for guests: •Additional cleaning during the stay: Rs200/day (includes dishwashing, washing clothes, sweeping, dusting, and mopping). •Fetching water, groceries, or other necessities: Bill + Rs50 per run. •Laundry runs: Bill + Rs50 per run. •Any other personal errands: Bill + Rs50 per run. Payable directly to the staff. For Long Stays: Bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels will be replaced once a week. ADDITIONAL PENALTY CHARGES: Smoking inside the premises will result in penalty of Rs 1500 Cleaning vomits, blood stains and separating wet waste and dry waste (if guest have not separated) incur charges of Rs 1000. The staff we have is present to run errands for us not the guests . We provide basic cleaning supplies for self cleaning. If you wish to have additional cleaning service from our staff should be properly compensated. We value all feedback as it helps us improve, but we also ask for understanding in return.
