Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The space The House was constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. It consist of 2 rooms (bedroom), living room/kitchen and a bathroom. 40 sq.m. in total. It has a balcony and a patio of 60 sq.m. where you can relax or eat dinner. The Garden is 3 acres in total and includes 3 houses and the family house that is 200 metres away from Houses' area. Guest access The visitors will have exclusive access to their house and their house's patio. The outdoor areas of the Blue Garden will be shared between them, the visitors of the second villa, our family that cultivates the garden and sometimes visiting friends. This applies for the beach too! The beach also has another access from a neighboor's property, so rarely you can find people there. Other things to note Finding the Garden is easy as it's private road starts from the National Road Samos - Karlovasi. The project is in development. No, you will not find yourself in a semi-finished house or one which lacks furniture! The main areas are designed and completed in order to meet the high standards that you deserve on your vacation.
