Freshly renovated cosy thatched annex to our listed Devon longhouse dating from 1380, set in large gardens and peaceful rolling countryside. One mile from Spreyton village, (a pleasant walk along the footpaths through fields) which has a community shop and the award winning Tom Cobley Tavern. Spreyton is ideally located 10 mins from the A30, just 4 miles north of Dartmoor National Park and within easy access of the north and south Devon coasts. The space Sleeps 2 in the spacious upstairs bedroom with comfortable double bed. There is plenty of room for a travel cot for a child. Additional bedroom available by separate negotiation. Downstairs bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen with dining table, large sitting room with wood burner and lovely views across the garden. We have dogs, chickens and a few sheep. Guests may bring one or two dogs with prior agreement. Guest access A parking space is available just outside the garden gate. Guests are welcome to use the patio and gardens. Other things to note An additional bedroom accessed through the cottage is available by separate negotiation - please let me know when booking if you require this additional space.
