Montague Home on the Water-Hot Tub-Beach Access

Welcome to your little slice of PEI paradise! Here you'll have private stairs to the beach, where you can walk along the shore, go for a swim and paddle out on our kayaks! There are 2 decks overlooking the water, where you can BBQ, lounge and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. We have a large green space with a swing-set, and room for the kids and pets to run while you lounge in the outdoor hot tub! Come, stay, relax and enjoy PEI from its best vantage point; by the water! License #4001171 The space Our place is located in a quiet residential area, about 5 minutes outside the town of Montague. The house is a three bedroom split level, on a big, beautiful waterfront lot. We are a perfect vantage point for beachside sunrises and sunsets. And because of the lack of light pollution, there are great opportunities for star gazing on a clear night! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, and yard, and it will not be shared. There is a detached garage on site. It is not presently set up for guests, and should only be accessed if needed for use of the dog kennel or kayaks. Other things to note Additional Guests Message us to inquire about additional guests. We'd be happy to accommodate your request when possible. Pet Fees & Dog Kennel We are pet friendly, and a $100 fee will be applied to your total when you add your furry friend to your booking. There is an outdoor dog kennel attached to the garage. Inside the kennel is a dog house with a doggie door leading to a kennel inside the garage. This feature is perfect for days you want to go out without your furry friend. The previous owners built it to contain a German Shepard, so it is big and strong, and suitable for dogs of any size! Infant/Toddler and Child Supplies We have a Pack n’ Play, bedding, and a highchair that converts to a baby swing, all available for your use at no extra charge. Just let us know if you need any of these and we’ll make sure they’re ready for you! We have child sized dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. Retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs. And there are books and games in the downstairs rec room. Kayaks We have one single seat, and two double seat kayaks on site, as well as some life jackets. Use is included with your stay.
