The space The 190 m2 villa consists of: On the ground floor: 4 bedrooms, (2 bedrooms with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and 2 bedrooms with single bed 90 cm x 200 cm), 2 bathrooms, a private toilet, a large games room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Each room has a walk-in closet. Upstairs: a large living area with a living room - dining room with a panoramic view, an equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, with dressing room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: a large terrace along the entire length of the house, with garden furniture, dining table for 10 people and bar table area. At the back of the house: a swimming pool, secured with an access gate, 12 meters x 4 meters, with shaded pool house (refrigerator, sink). Heated pool on request and at an additional cost. Below the house: 2 to 3 parking spaces (maximum 3). Access to the house is via a steeply sloping private road. Unfenced land. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The villa is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility as the land is in restanques. From the parking lot, a staircase allows access to the entrance to the house, which is on one floor. The swimming pool is accessed by a staircase in the back of the house. For a better experience, we recommend having your own vehicle as the Villa is located a 20-minute walk from the historic village of Tourrettes sur Loup. Garbage cans cannot be left at the Villa and should be discarded at the collection point 5 minutes by car near the village. Please note in case of garbage bags left voluntarily, an additional cost of €70 to €100 may be requested via the Aircover Resolution Center provided for this purpose. The Gas BBQ appliance has you of course made available to you, however it is up to you to manage the gas supply as well as you would buy charcoal for a wood grill.
