Own floor with Kingsize bed, luxurious bedding, feather pillows + duvet, hanging space, blackout blinds, excellent wifi. Own bathroom with heated floor and towelrail, White Company towels, bath shower. Separate deskspace The space Beautiful Victorian house newly restored in a contemporary style. The property is very conveniently located - 25 mins to Green Park by tube. The space is on the top floor of the house (in UK we call it the 2nd floor but in US it’d be 3rd floor!) and you have this floor to yourself. It has a large kingsize bedroom with sash window, French doors and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, hanging space, and a dresser. The 2nd floor bathroom with bath shower, wc is for your private use with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. There is a desk and chair on same floor in a 2nd room which can be used for work if required. Excellent 5G wifi. Guest access Bedroom: king-size bed, blackout blinds, foldout suitcase stand and wardrobe hanging space. Bathroom: own private bathroom on same floor Desk and chair in separate room on same floor (room is another bedroom which is not rented out). Kitchen: for cooking meals Lounge space: you're welcome to use either ground floor lounge space or basement media room if we're not at home, but there is also a TV on 2nd floor in separate room you are welcome to use During your stay We are a professional couple, and always available by text if any questions! Other things to note There is wardrobe space and hangers in wardrobe cupboards. If you need more space, please advise. There is a new hairdryer available for your use. In the kitchen, there is a Quooker instant boiling water tap for tea/coffee - there is a safety mechanism so pump twice and twist to operate. Help yourself to milk/tea/coffee which are on open shelves in kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine, pods and milk frother are sitting on kitchen counter. There is a fridge if you have any food needing to be kept cool. We provide a “help yourself” breakfast - granola, yoghurt, fruit, toast and jams. Text if you need anything. Here to help!
