Streamside Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom character cottage in the heart of the picturesque village of Swimbridge. Offering easy access to the best of North Devon including seaside towns/villages, beaches and Exmoor. The space Streamside Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom cottage. The living space consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom includes king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table, full length mirror, hairdryer and Sky Tv. Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds, chest of drawers, full length mirror and Sky TV. On the ground floor :- bathroom with bath and Rain-shower over, toilet and sink, centrally heated towel rail. Fitted Kitchen with undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment, small dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Living room with inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove (wood not supplied), three seater sofa, arm chair, small table that can seat up to four people. Sky Glass TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi. The cottage is very old and has low headroom through doors, narrow doorways and uneven floors upstairs. There are steep wooden cottage style staircase from the lounge to the first floor which isn’t suitable for young children as no stair gate can be fitted and could also be tricky for people with limited mobility. With this in mind we cannot accept bookings for children under 5 years old. Outside:- The front door opens onto the lane outside and the single parking space to the side of the property. Although there is no outside garden we have provided a bistrot table and 2 chairs and outdoor rug which can be used to the side of the property where the car is parked. Guest access The entire cottage and 1 parking space Other things to note The property has a maximum capacity of 4 people. Please note we do not accept Pets. Due to the steep wooden cottage stairs, stone floor, wood burning stove and outward opening front door to road, we do not accept children under 5. Fire wood not supplied.
