Welcome to our charming house with sea views in Kalmar! The house is in a quiet and central location, with a swimming area outside the door and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The cottages date from the 1800s but have in recent years been built together into a home with modern standards and all comforts. From the window you can enjoy the sea view, there are nearby walking paths and parks, as well as a bicycle to borrow. We try to create a relaxed atmosphere with lots of plants both inside and out. The space Three bedrooms with two 140 beds and one 120 bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker and the most essential things needed for cooking. The dining area and living room create space for a lot of socializing. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Parking is usually available in the neighborhood for a fee Monday to Saturday. Guests' access. You will have the entire house for yourselves.
