The space The guest house is detached from the main house on the property. Downstairs is a garage and the upstairs is a 500 square foot, 1bed 1bath apartment which is accessed by exterior stairs. The stairs to get to the unit are steep. Guest access Guests will have the upstairs apartment to themselves. the downstairs garage is not accessible.
