Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance. The space You will love this place because you are 5 min from BG and the university but far enough removed for peace and quiet. As mentioned above, this is on a wooded lot so you'll likely get to enjoy local wildlife (birds, rabbits, deer) while enjoying the view. Guest access The apartment is its own space above our garage. It is attached to main house but completely separate quarters. There is an igloo smart deadbolt lock on the private entrance that you'll receive a code for prior to check-in.
