Large apartment Munster center

I offer you my apartment, bright, in the center of Munster, with comfortable bedding. Decor is simple where you can feel at home. In the kitchen, there is everything available with various cutlery. A simple and nice apartment is the right plan to enjoy Alsace, mountain walks and a pleasant place. Two terraces, one south and one covered north, with plantations. Two quiet bedrooms, the others overlook a busy street during the day. The space The apartment is on the first floor, there is no one above, and it is very well soundproofed with the neighbors below. It is at the end of a cobblestone alley, so quiet while in the city with all the shops. There are two terraces, one quiet with plants (in summer) (tomatoes, basil, parsley, raspberries, etc.) and another to the south (quite noisy at certain times of the day). In winter there is central heating and a wood burning wood burning stove. The large upstairs room is heated by the heat that goes up from below. There are three beds with German mattresses, organic (2 in 90 by 200, and a double 90*200), a mattress of medium quality in the bunk bed (so for a child), a sofa bed that I find comfortable, and upstairs two mattresses 160*190, of good quality, and a mattress 90*190 correct. Guest access You will have access to almost all the accommodation, except the attic, and several cabinets where I store my belongings. When I'm away (vacation and work), you can take advantage of my apartment to make yourself a nice holiday in Alsace and in the mountains. I have lots of topo maps of the area that I make at your disposal. I'm a great player, and you'll have access to my library. Other things to note I tried to be the most specific in the description so that you don't have "unpleasant" surprises in the apartment. There are two important restrictions. 1 electricity: the electricity in the kitchen limits the use of too many appliances (fridge +oven + kettle + mixers, etc.), the pellets are jumping. 2 Hot water: To reduce the cost of hot water, which is done by a shared boiler, there are times when the hot water is in circulation in the morning at noon and in the evening. In the morning and afternoon, it takes several minutes to get to the faucets. There is a bathtub, but I ask you not to take a bath, there is a real problem with the price of the hot water that is overpriced.
