House with terrace 1-5 people

Our fully renovated house of approx. 40 m2 in Port Leucate can accommodate up to 5 people (extra charge beyond 4 but you may feel cramped) NO SMOKING inside. It is located in a splendid environment: pine forest, pond, sea and mountain. Our residence is quiet and of quality in the heart of nature, close to all activities and amenities and has direct access to the pond with views of the mountains. It is right next to the parking lot, which makes access easy. The space We are very happy to welcome you to our house, renovated in a sober, modern and functional way, in the spirit of Airbnb at its creation, that is to say "at the inhabitant's house", and in which you will find many things for your comfort as well as objects personalizing our family such as photos, a drawer in the bathroom in which we leave our effects because it is not an impersonal rental but a house that we offer you to live in when we cannot be there. It offers you a fenced terrace facing south, shaded by an awning and our recent kitchen overlooks the terrace and opens to the outside with a 2/3-1/3 bay window and is well equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ventilated fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino, many small appliances such as toaster, panini grill, kettle, citrus press, croque-monsieur, mixer...) Ground floor: High-performance reversible air conditioning, Kitchen, Living room with corner sofa, DVD TV, coffee table, 1 ottoman, 1 fan, and 1 extendable console table and 1 chair dedicated to this table that we use as a desk, bedroom with 1 bed of 140, 2 bedside tables and 2 large storage dressers for clothes, Bathroom shower 70*100 and toilet and a laundry closet for the washing machine and storage. 1st floor: 1 sleeping area in the mezzanine and attic (low ceiling so rather a child's space but adults can access it without problem by lowering their heads ;) ) which is arranged in 2 sleeping areas: 1 bed base and mattress changed in April 2024 + 1 bed in 90 and TV and board games for children and adults! You can come with 5 people, but you may be cramped: supplement beyond 4 people of €30/person. Guest access The accommodation is entirely at your disposal. Other things to note Please return all furniture and all dishes, utensils, linens (washed and dried ready to be reused) to their original places... Used during your stay. An unfortunate reminder because of the VERY rare indelicate and disrespectful people who have come to our home: The big cleaning between 2 families is not included, so we count on your total respect for yourself, the vacationers after you, us and our house. In the event that there is cleaning to be done after you such as cleaning the shower wall (limestone: anti-limestone product and Karcher squeegee available) and the shower drain, toilet, sink, kitchen (oven, fridge, cupboards, microwave...), floors, bedrooms, linen not washed and left on the bed... we will open an Airbnb dispute and we will not fail to adapt our rating based on the faith of the people coming after you We do not ask that the house be perfect in every detail because we are sure that even though we try to offer it to you as best we can, there are surely some imperfections in the eyes of someone else, but my wife spends hours so that it is as impeccable as possible, and this despite our little one who never leaves her, so please respect her because she is working hard to make you feel really good at our place :) and she apologizes if she has forgotten details, but please let us know so that we can correct ourselves during or after your stay
