Ideal for couples that will enjoy our master king size bed, or thanks to our convertible sofa bed, er can accommodate up to 4 guests. You can enjoy amazing city views through the floor to ceiling windows that in seconds, or step outside on the cozy balcony. Looking for darkness during the day? In seconds our electric window curtains will turn day into nigh. Fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom that will ensure you have a have fresh morning every day. All spaces are easily within reach, from our cosy bedroom, to our bright open space kitchen, that both offer direct access toward the balcony. Air conditioning and private heating unit will guarantee maximum conform through the whole year. As well, there is large reserved parking close to our building. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm ! Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed. - Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons - Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
