Beautiful, spacious and cozy new apartment in a private condominium, located in the heart of the Riviera Maya: Playa del Carmen, 10 minutes by car from the beach and 5th avenue; and a few kilometers from the outstanding tourist areas of the peninsula. The apartment is fully equipped. The Condominium has a swimming pool area, a children's and pet area, a place to play sports to which they will have access, 24-hour security and private parking. Other things to note We remind you that it is a vacation rental service, cleaning is not included if the stay exceeds 7 days. For stays longer than 7 days, we have a cleaning service available at a cost of MXN 400 pesos per event (USD 20), payment is made directly to the person who performs it (does not include laundry). We encourage the responsible use of the electrical service (electricity), therefore a record of the meter will be made at the time of entry and exit, having a maximum daily consumption margin of 10 KW, in case of excess consumption it will be charged at $6 Mexican pesos the extra KW, generally there is no excess, since the A / C are inverter, as well as the Refrigerator. Upon arrival we will receive you personally, for this reason please notify in advance the time of your arrival and ensure punctuality. The maximum tolerance is 45 minutes from the time you indicate your arrival. If you arrive at dawn, we will leave the key to the apartment in the safe box next to the entrance door and the next day you will be checked in personally, welcoming you and explaining the services.
