There is a Regular bus service to Exeter city centre close by. The Black Horse Inn is within walking distance serving meals. The space The Garden Room is a self contained small double bedroom with en-suite shower room, Smart TV and a working desk and chair. Ideal for a single person but can accommodate two. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided with a small mini fridge and microwave. Guest access Guests are only allowed to use the Garden Room.
