Our newly renovated home is warm and welcoming with an array of NZ art & photography and easy indoor outdoor flow. We may be able to offer flexibility on additional sleeping and dates not listed. Please message direct. The space Make yourself at home and feel like a local in our renovated and relaxed villa. Central but peaceful. You will walk through the front door with 2 bedrooms on either side. Bedroom 1 has a clothing rack and set of drawers along with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a wardrobe, drawers, desk and bookshelf. The 'Blue Room' is also off the hallway with TV, piano, books and very comfortable couch. You will walk past the bathroom with a cupboard laundry including washing machine, dryer and sink. Bathroom has large shower area. The hallway opens out into an open plan living space with kitchen, dining table, sitting area, and lounge area and straight out onto outdoor deck and outdoor table. Walk up the stairs to master bedroom. You will be struck by the spaciousness as you get to the top of the stairs and soak up the extensive views, park and a glimpse of sky tower. This view and open space is unusual for Ponsonby. The bedroom has a comfortable chair, desk and mattress styled comfy lounge spot. The ensuite includes large bath and shower area. The upstairs wardrobe has its own area with mirror. Please note that part of this will be closed off with our own belongings. You will have a set of drawers and clothes rack and storage space to place suitcases etc if need be. The upstairs has mirror glass windows for your privacy. The house is warm with double glazed windows and radiator heating in every room to ensure you're never cold in winter. If you are wanting somewhere truly relaxing, homely, clean, and welcoming, then you have found the right place. Our family is relaxed and so is the way we live. If you are wanting a sterile, minimalist, environment then this isn’t the house for you! Guest access You have full access to all rooms. 2 cupboards will be locked with some personal belongings. Bedroom 1 downstairs will have some personal belongings in cupboard. Upstairs wardrobe will be partially partitioned off also, however, you will have a full set of drawers and freestanding clothes rack. Other things to note You will have access to one car park in our two off street parking. Note there will be one car already in the second car park. Please note parking is very generous and free around our house but we can offer options if you require two off street carparks. Message us.
