Room in an artist's house with a great view of the Pyrenees. Quiet in a 13th century bastide village, its lake where swimming is allowed (water quality verified by a certified body). The perfect place for hiking in the middle of nature, and the Pyrenees nearby, open-air markets to discover local products. Breakfast available upon request. Two terraces to enjoy the calm and rest. The space The room is located in a 19th century stone artist's house. It is on the first floor and consists of: - an entrance with a large opaque curtain for privacy - a separate toilet in the hallway that leads to the bedroom - a 140 cm bed with a new, very comfortable memory foam mattress - a reading corner with board games, books, etc. - a private bathroom with shower, sink and wardrobe Shared spaces are the garden, courtyard as well as the kitchen and dining area. We also offer breakfast on request during booking (6 euros per person): homemade jams, honey, fresh bread, croissants, tea, coffee, chocolate, fruit juice. A coffee machine will be yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Guest access The garden, courtyard, kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. You will have private access to your bedroom, toilet and shower room. During your stay We prefer to leave our guests free and independent during their stay and not share our meals together. We can of course chat, have a coffee and recommend beautiful hikes, addresses and more. We remain contactable throughout your stay by phone. Other things to note We have two very independent cats but they sometimes spend time indoors (so be careful if you have allergies)
