There are 16 units in this converted beach hotel. All are individually owned. Pandemic Info: The unit has its own HVAC system so you won't be sharing "air" with anyone. :) Our "condotel" unit sleeps 2-4 people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is fine for 2 adults and two kids, but we don't recommend more than three adults. The living room is equipped with new (March 2019) Klaussner sleeper sofa bed that has a super cushy memory foam gel mattress as well as two microfiber swivel chairs. All new flooring including new wood flooring in the bedroom (2016). New HVAC (nice and quiet!) as of January 2017. Completely Renovated Kitchen in 2016! All New Cabinets, Granite counter-tops, stainless steel under mount sink, Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave. Brand New Mattress in bedroom. Completely Updated Bathroom. As a bonus, this unit has a small front deck, perfect for enjoying a margarita. Isle of Palms offers the best beach in the Charleston area - great for swimming, surfing or long beach walks. If boating is your thing, head to the Isle of Palms Marina to launch your boat or rent one. Looking to get in a few rounds of golf? The highly rated Wild Dunes Ocean and Harbor courses are located on the North end of the island - 3 minutes by car. Historic Charleston and Sullivan's Island are both a short drive away and offer historic forts, museums, fantastic restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping! Entire unit is yours. The complex has a pool, bbq area and full laundry. Keycode access for easy check in and check out. The Front Beach District on Isle of Palms is funky-cool with a great selection of bars and restaurants within steps of our front door. The main attraction is the beach which is one block from our place. If you want to walk to the beach, eat and drink without having to get in your vehicle - this is your place! Uber and Lyft are your best option for getting around if you don't want to drive. Downtown Charleston approx. 10 miles - super easy!
