LOWER FLOOR AREA: A suitable space with three single beds (bunk bed), a 1.50-meter double bed, a 1.40-meter sofa bed, (Italian-style opening), plus: Playground, Desk-one use of your computer with Wifi in this area, Reading area with books, and a second dining room, 46"flat TV and dining room. NOTE: the room with a double bed is equipped with blackout curtains around the bed for maximum privacy and isolation. This space is below street level (basement), and we must also say that occasionally and due to some factors, such as the weather, it may feel closed (basement with a window).
