Independent country house with a wonderful garden

Lovely cottage, a traditional building in the area on a fantastic 1000m2 estate. The house is fully equipped with all kinds of amenities. It also has a beautiful garden with a pool full of fruit trees such as orange trees, lemon trees, fig trees and medlars. Perfect to relax and escape the noise at any time of the year. The space The house is a traditional stone construction located on a plot of more than 100m2. A charming house decorated with personality and with great care and detail. It has 4 bedrooms: Two of them with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, downstairs the other bedroom and a bathroom as well. Living room with TV, sofa and armchairs. Large open plan kitchen living area that opens up onto the garden. The garden has a porch with a sofa and outdoor armchairs. A barbecue - by regulation it cannot be used in the summer months of: June to September - and a gazebo with outdoor table and chairs. It is also full of fruit trees such as fig, lemon, tangerine, orange, peach, apricot, plum and medlar trees that when they have fruit we invite you to enjoy them in moderation ;) In the garden you will find an outdoor pool, great for a swim and cooling off. And a spectacular garden with fruit trees, herbs and flowers. Guest access The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days at home: Fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, washing machine, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. WiFi Internet on request: we have a 4G Router that we can bring you if you need it during your stay. Fireplace and heating with a heat pump for winter. For the summer the house has Air Conditioning (two machines, one in the living room and another in the hallway that gives access to the rooms on the top floor), in addition to being a traditional stone-built house the interior remains quite cool. Bathrooms with shower, toilet soap, gel and shampoo. Linens and towels included. Professional cleaning COMPLYING WITH ANTI-COVID PROTOCOLS included in the price. Other things to note Once the keys have been handed over, the guest will find us whenever they need us by phone or internet. We like to be available for whatever our guests need, but without overwhelming them; we usually keep an eye on the phone in case they need our help or advice; or if something is missing in the apartment.
