Terra Pin cottage in the heart of the forest (swimming pool out of service)

Terra Pin is a fully restored barn, located in the heart of the Landes Forest. I welcome you to a fully enclosed 1.2 ha park where calm and birdsong reign. The house consists of a living room with living/dining room open to the kitchen, a sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 bed of 140 & 1 bunk bed of 90 x 200), a bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. You have a shared pool in high season. 50 minutes from the first beaches & 1 hour from Bordeaux The space The kitchen is fully equipped, it consists of a fridge/freezer, induction hob, range hood, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave & oven. The kitchen is open to the living room and gives a nice view of the surrounding forest. The living room consists of a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a broom vacuum cleaner, a TV connected to fiber optics. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first with a double bed in 140x190 (sheets provided). The second has a bunk bed with 90x200 beds (sheets provided). Perfect for a family with 2 children/teens (maximum weight for the bunk bed 100kgs/bed). The bathroom is composed of a shower, sink & toilet. Guest access The accommodation is fully at your disposal, the entrance to the estate is common, as well as parking. From mid-June to mid-September the pool is shared with us, the owners. On our estate there are also 2 free-range chickens and our very playful 7-year-old dog. School holidays: During school holidays, the minimum number of nights is 4 (contact me for any other requests). During the big holidays (July/August) the minimum number of nights is 7 and rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. An exception is possible from Saturday, July 25 to Friday, July 31, 2026 (i.e. 6 nights possible), as well as from Monday, August 3 to Saturday, August 8, 2026 (i.e. 5 nights possible). Other things to note Upon arrival the beds are made, the accommodation is ready for you to enjoy, we are there to welcome you but also upon your departure, as well as if necessary during your stay. During your stay you have local addresses (restaurants, outings,...) gathered in the booklet available in the cottage. On the day of your departure, we ask that you remove the sheets from the beds, gather the used towels, and take your various waste with you. We cannot accept pets.
