Each room has everything in it to meet your needs. Guests often comment on how thoughtful the space is, with anything you could need to be comfortable. Guest access Besides your private loft space with fully equipped kitchenette, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the common area and to the shared garden. If you need to charge your car, you may park in the driveway. Other things to note - To stay competitive, we recently lowered our price and therefore unfortunately do not provide snacks any more. We still provide coffee, an excellent variety of teas, half &half, and sweeteners. - This space is accessed by a staircase. - The home is located in an urban setting, near a busy road with an electric light rail running next to it. If you are bothered by city noises, this won't be a good fit for you. Fortunately, the window in the bedroom does not face the street so it is actually quiet in the bedroom. - There are two rental units on this property, located over a four car garage on the opposite end of a home. There is a separate front entrance for the home while the 2 rental units are accessible through a door that is located on the side of the building - opening into a foyer. Each rental unit is self contained and private. - The laundry and garden are shared spaces. As with a hotel, you may meet the other guests. Unfortunately, the AC/Heat is controlled by a thermostat in a part of the house that is inaccessible to guests. We leave it at about 68 degrees and can easily change it remotely - just text us and we respond quickly. For a more immediate change - we have 2 space heaters and a stand alone fan as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The windows open easily to let the night breeze in - Sacramento stays cool at night even in the summer. We have not had any problems with the temperature and have only had to adjust the thermostat a handful of times. Registration details 01662P
