Breathe in the tranquility that only comes from being surrounded by nature. With Lake Michigan in front and woods in back you get the best of both worlds during your stay at Little Moose Cabin. We are located on M119, the historic "Tunnel of Trees" highway less than 20 mins from Harbor Springs, The Highlands Resort, Nubs Nob Resort, and 45 minutes from Mackinaw Bridge. This classic 2 -bedroom 1 bath cabin has a woodstove, outdoor firepit, BBQ grill, and access to a private beach on Lake Mi. The space INDOORS • Main entrance is the rear side door. • Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Functioning range/oven allows for home cooked meals. • Open dining and living room feature a fireplace with woodstove insert. • Both bedrooms have Queen beds and are off the living room. • Bathroom has a shower • Loft has 2 sectional sofas and TV • Screened in porch doors are locked with floor locks. Please make sure they are relocked when you leave. • Weather screen on the porch can be raised or lowered based on the weather. Please drop the screen when you leave. • Washer and Dryer is available for Guest use. OUTDOOR: • Deck with Dining Area and Gas Grill • Firepit with Adirondack chairs • Access to Lake Michigan is 4 houses to the North. The trail down to the Lake is well maintained and shared by several properties Guest access You will have access to the whole property. We recommend staying on the mowed spaces around the house since there is quite a bit of poison ivy in the wooded areas. There is a deck box in the rear of the house that holds extra camp chairs.
