Beautiful 100m2 Art Nouveau Appartment

While we travel ourselves, we offer the use of the front part (100 m2+) of our spacious, bright and beautiful appartment in a nice and diverse upcoming neighbourhood of Moabit/Tiergarten in Berlin. The appartment is equipped with two home-office desks in different rooms and is therefore perfectly suitable even for two people in home office. The apartment is located near the government district and the Tiergarten, so you can easily go sightseeing by bike. The space The appartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. There is a communal living and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to make even the finest dishes. The bedroom for our guests is located in the front end of the appartment. The guest bedroom has a queensize bed (1.60 x 2.00) and comes with a full home-office setup (height-adjustable desk, monitor with HDMI connection). Our personal bedroom (not on the pictures) is not for use while we are away. The appartment is close to the governmental quarter and the Tiergarten, making it easy to do sight-seeing via bike. Guest access For use are: Guest bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. If required, another study can also be used upon request. Other things to note There is plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Multiple supermarkets are 2 minutes walking distance away from the appartment. Also, there is a beautiful market hall in the vicinity. Public parking is available although there is a parking fee. We can be expected to be on site on the day of arrival and departure to welcome & see off guests. For longer stays than 3 nights, the apartment can be cleaned after 3 nights by a housekeeper on request and in accordance with your time schedule (included). Registration Details 01/Z/AZ/013216-21
