The house is exactly 500 meters from Dossen and Billou beaches in Santec. It was renovated with passion by Ninie, a girl from the seaside. She is committed to sharing her love for this little corner of paradise, "Baradozig" in Breton, a place where it is good to walk, enjoy the pleasures of the beach. Le Dossen is renowned for its water activities: surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting, paddle boarding. The space On the ground floor, a large kitchen and a large living room are open to the fenced garden with large terrace. Then a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 rooms. 1 central room with an extra bed and two large bedrooms (one 160 bed, and two 90 beds). Also available, a folding crib. The accommodation is therefore perfect for 2 adults and 2 children but can also accommodate a third. Upon arrival the rooms are ready and beds made. No towels to bring. (2 bikes available and little extras) Guest access Guest access is through the back of the house, with parking provided on private spaces. Other things to note It's very easy to walk to the beach. The city of Saint-Pol-de-Léon is a 10-minute drive. This city has many shops and supermarkets.
