The space Renovated house located in Surfside, a very quiet, safe and family oriented beachside community. The house is ~10min walk to the beach, 1 block from a children’s playground, few blocks from restaurants (including michelin star at the four season hotel), bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, parks and the Bal Harbour shopping mall. There is a ~10mile bicycle path adjacent to the beach btwn surfside and south point in miami beach. By car, its about 15min drive to south beach. Our house has 4bedrooms, one being a TV/game room and 3full bathrooms. There is a patio with a butterfly garden and palm trees. We are renting our own house, while we are out travelling on vacation.
