Other Things to Consider Casa Gaviota is an attached house within the family land, located at an independent end. You'll have your own private access and exclusive spaces. We live in another part of the land and are available if you need anything. The area is natural and quiet, ideal for resting. It is normal for the sea to change each season, possibly during hurricane season the sea is stung and that is not up to the host. 2. There is no cell phone signal, but there is satellite WiFi on the property 3. There is only hot water in three showers, the other two showers have room temperature water, the weather is warm.
