Waterfront house

Welcome to our home! This family fisherman's house is a true haven of peace. You are in a historic district 900 m from the beach but especially by the fishing port of Guilvinec. At high tide you will see the water come to lick your feet. You will be within walking distance of the first shops, pharmacy, bakery... The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic, only the sound of seagulls. The space The house has a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, traditional coffee maker or Nespresso to satisfy all your tastes. (But also toaster, citrus press, blender etc.) Despite all the utensils at your disposal, restaurants and traditional creperies are just a stone's throw away In the living room, you will find a connected TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi access, and a Bluetooth hi-fi system. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people if necessary. In the bathroom you can use a washing machine and dryer. We also leave towels, shower products, hygiene protection, or a first aid kit in case of late arrival. Upstairs 3 bedrooms are available Cabin number 1: double bed 140 x 190 Cabin number 2: single bed 90 x 190 cm Cabin number 3: double bed 160 x 190 For babies: Travel crib with changing table and mobile High chair Baby monitor connected to smartphone 1 set of cutlery + plate + bowl + silicone baby glass Parking is possible in front of the house but also at the end of the street (40 meters from the house) where there are 2 public parking lots TO BE PREFERRED please for the tranquility of the neighbors (the passage to the house which is at the end of the cul-de-sac is through the neighbors' land passing just in front of their facade) Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation including the outdoor cabin Other things to note We leave at your disposal the garden furniture, large outdoor table, gas BBQ, 4 bicycles. We also leave at your disposal an inflatable paddleboard for the brave who want to go get croissants with it (a bakery is located on the other side of the shore 😉) There is also an outdoor shower to rinse your sandy feet or your water sports gear.
