Come enjoy small town life in Buchanan - enjoy the 5 minute walk downtown to Union Coffee House & Cafe. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market (8-1) and Summer concerts in the Commons, don't worry about parking, it's only a 3 minute walk. Looking for more? Buchanan is less than 30 minutes to the Lake Michigan (Warren Dunes), breweries, vineyards, South Bend and Andrew's University. The maximum capacity is 4 people. We can make exceptions for small children, please contact us. The space When you enter the house, you will find the living room. There is a couch, over sized chair and glider. There is a 50" TV a ROKU remote. The Kitchen and Dining are in the same area, the Kitchen table seats 4 and there is a highchair on the back porch if you need it. The range is gas and the refrigerator has a door-in-door feature. The hall of the Living Room leads to both bedrooms. The front master bedroom, features a King Size mattress, a 32" Roku TV and a small walk in closet featuring original built ins. Back in the hall you will pass by the other set of original built ins. The bathroom features a brand new tub, shower and surround. It includes a rain shower head and a 2nd removable shower head with your choice of functions. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and 32" TV with Roku remote. The closet is located behind the bedroom door and makes for a great hiding spot for kiddos. The door near the foot of the bed accesses the stairs/kitchen but is locked and only used for moving furniture in and out of the space. Laundry is in the basement. The basement is unfinished and also has some of our personal belongings that didn't fit in the storage room. As it is unfinished we didn't want to promote the space but there are 2 small work spaces down there, the one past the laundry even has natural light, consider it a bonus if it meets a need for you. The basement also has our children's toys in it, we ask that children don't use the area downstairs but rather toys are brought up and then returned to the basement before you leave. Never leave children in the basement unattended, as it is not set up for their safety. Guest access Please not unattended children in the basement. Do not enter the attic, the brown door in the back bedroom. Do not enter the storage room in the basement, just around the corner from the stairs.
