Beautiful house in the pretty village of Sudbrook. Just a 2-min walk from Welsh Coastal path with stunning views of Prince of Wales Bridge. Ideally situated for David Broom Equestrian Centre, golf at The Celtic Manor and Marriot St Pierre. Easy access to the M4, Cardiff, Bristol, Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and the surrounding Monmouthshire countryside. Walks and cycle trails close. Severn Tunnel Railway station is just 5 minutes drive away - direct links to Bristol, Cardiff and Cheltenham The space Modern, peaceful one double bedroom with en-suite. Complimentary tea, coffee & milk. Towels provided. We live in the house with our little maltese dog, Maisie, so you may hear some usual household noise from time to time (as we expect to hear from our guests too!) Any questions - please just ask! Guest access Your double bedroom is the first room at the top of the stairs - so you'll come in through the front door and just be able to go straight upstairs. Nice and private for you. During your stay We want you to enjoy your stay and be comfortable. I will give you my mobile number so you can contact me at any time , if you need anything at all. As this is our home, there is no lock on your bedroom door, however, to provide us and our guests with peace of mind, security cameras are throughout the house and outside, but are not in your room so do not infringe on your privacy. Other things to note We are a friendly couple that are happy to help you in any way. We want all our guests to have a very comfortable stay. If we can provide anything to make your stay better - please just ask.
