It is part of a gated community with a swimming pool, paddle tennis court and its own parking lot. It has a bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen. Includes WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. It is a quiet but very complete area, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
