Agreement to House Rules is required upon booking. MAIL DELIVERY: Food deliveries (DoorDash/InstaCart etc.) are acceptable. Amazon also offers secure pickup and returns via their Amazon Hub stations. However please DO NOT have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box or UPS Mailbox if you need access to mail during your stay. 3 UPS Mailboxes are within 5 minutes of a drive from the community. BOOKING: Please be sure you are booking with your full LEGAL name. Name must match ID card and/or Driver's License. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. We also have earlier check in/ later check out available if approved in advance for an additional fee(s).
